We all have mental health, it’s when your mental health becomes unhealthy it can create issues. For example, if you feel you’re a bad person, or you’re unable to maintain or create healthy relationships, you’re unable to process your feelings, you may have a mental health issues.

 Having a healthy mental health is about having enough faith in your own abilities to know you can overcome issues, which you may face throughout your life. This relies on how you view and treat yourself, which will have a direct impact on your self esteem and confidence levels.
