Everyone experiences anxiety in some way at some point in their life. It becomes an issue when it starts to interfere with your life. The good thing to know is, you can do something about this. There is an assumption we make when it come to anxiety - a belief we hold that in most circumstances wouldn't happen. This belief and the fact that we believe it can cause you to start panicking, start thinking the worst case scenario is going to happen, which leaves you feeling like you can't do anything to prevent it. This is a circle of situations/beliefs this continues to go around and around and the more it goes around it gets worse.
